I got this pin for my badge lanyard and the rubber backing keeps it secure even when I'm moving around the office. The gold finish with the enamel detail is subtle but catches the light nicely.

The rubber backing is a nice touch—it kept the pin secure on my tote all week without budging. At 1.1 inches, it’s the perfect size to spot from across the room but not shouty.

The enamel colors pop way more than I expected from the photos, and the rubber backing feels sturdy enough to swap onto different bags without worry. Perfect little touch for when I’m actually out of office but still want the joke to land.
