The rubber backing keeps it snug on my lanyard, and the silver base with glitter enamel catches light in a way that makes it pop without being flashy. At exactly an inch tall, it’s the right size for a subtle nod to my personality.

The rubber backing holds it surprisingly well on my lanyard, even through a busy day. Color is more subtle than the photos suggested, but the glitter gives it a nice little sparkle.

Picked this up mainly for the glitter detail, and the silver enamel catches light nicely against a dark jacket. Only wish it were a touch bigger for my taste, but the rubber backing keeps it from sliding around.
